If you're having trouble getting the app to open, please check the following things;
Is the Memory app running? On Mac there should be a brain icon in the top right menubar. On Windows check your running apps bottom right corner.
Do you see Search as part of your apps? If you don't see it yet it means you haven't been invited to the beta yet and thy keyboard shortcut won't open.
